  • Reminders App

For those in the brain injured crew, the “reminders” app is an invaluable external memory device. On most smartphones, it’s present. The ubiquity makes me feel less like a freak (seeing as everyone has memory problems [some more extreme than others]).

So, to record plans, I use the “reminders” app on my iPhone. Whenever a new plans is made, I organise and note down everything. Ie date, location, activity, company, any other relevant details.

Everyday, especially for plants ages away, it helps me plan. Not just this, it allows me to prioritise plants. Allowing me to know what deserves my full attention, and full enjoyment.

  • 22/3- Schedule

Some things are set in stone, some are variable (like “leisure time”). So this will be a good way for me to keep track of what I do. It lets me look at how I spent my time. It let’s me share with my readers how I waste my time.

I try to keep a routine so I can predict what is in store for the future. I think it’s best for me to tell all my readers what I try to do every day.

I start off doing exercises. I walk around the bed 15 times @ breakfast, 5 @ lunch & 5 @ dinner. After the first round of exercises I meditate.

Maybe in leisure time I did some cooking, which maybe helps me prepare for dinner, or reading, or blog work.

Then I have leisure time (like cooking, reading, chess etc).
