Designing What Comes Next.

I’m Leuty, and I bring together my expertise in fashion, design, and wearable technology with my own experience of brain injury recovery to explore new ways of thinking about movement, technology, and the human experience.

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of fashion, design and technology. After a brain injury changed the course of my life, I found myself experiencing movement, recovery, and design from an entirely new perspective. Today, I’m bringing those experiences together through my writing and Smart Walking Technology, turning what I’ve learned into what comes next.

My Projects

What I’m Building

The Book

My first-person story of brain injury, recovery, resilience and reinvention, being developed into an accessible and engaging memoir.

Smart Walking Technology

An early-stage footwear concept bringing together fashion, movement and smart wearable technology to rethink learning to walk.

The Thread That Connects It

Fashion. Technology. Recovery. Reinvention.

Before my brain injury, I worked across fashion, product development and wearable technology. Recovery meant relearning, rebuilding and seeing design from an entirely new perspective. That lived experience now shapes both of my current projects.
