I, personally, come from a decent-affiliated family. My sister & my mother are dentists, so I have very well kept teeth. Today I saw my favourite dentist, who is outside my family.
The reason why I saw him was because I had a couple of crowns fitted in. I don’t complain, the thing about dentists is that they are kind of like rats, you don’t know why you don’t like them, you just do.
So most people think that dentists inflict pain, they’re afraid of that. Well other than the fact there are several dentists in my family, I have a very high pain threshold (due to the diabetes) so I’m not afraid of a bit of pain.
I am very lucky because I’m in the rare situation where I’m actually friends with my dentist, & I know he reads this blog(or I hope, at least) & he is the best there is. & I’m not just saying that in case he’s reading, he did a brilliant job on my teeth, & that has made me a very happy lady.
