That is when your heart (& brain) get a severe pummelling (like morning a death one or the break up of a relationship). Your heart turns into the shape of a takotsubo which is a pot famously Japanese, which has a narrow neck but it’s wider in the midsection.
Takotsubo Cardiomyopathyotherwise is otherwise known as broken heart syndrome.
I guess it’s really true that you can die of having a broken heart.
