  • Masters tips

    I’ve probably mentioned this before, but I’m in the middle of doing my masters. A few submissions are essays so here are my tips on essay writing. It can fit into most masters level essays;

    Summaries the overall message of your points as a whole, in a just a few words. Perhaps sentences. This will clarify your overall theme you can expand on later.

    Your essay should do these things:

    1) experience what you’re trying to say overall(expanding in the main body)

    2) justify the point in detail.

    3) your recommendations of how it can evolve.

    Juniper is a common which makes clothes for disabled people, & I also it’ll be my next port of call in terms of occupation.

  • 17/5 – Clearing Out

    Very recently I did some clearing out of my old things & it means I can get to know the old Leuty, who I really want to become.

    I did find my old notebook, which must’ve had my various musings. It seems like I was very philosophical and these are my favourites. Here’ the first two pages;

    “Live in the present, remember the past and fear not the future. For it doesn’t exist and never will. There is only now”

    ‘To look at everything always as though you were seeing it either for the first or last time. This is your time on earth fill it with glory“

  • 14/4 – Put yourself in my shoes

    A great analogy to describe my situation right now which will allow you to put yourself into my shoes it is; remembering, for me (particularly details of my past life) is as if you try writing with your non-dominant hand. Just try it! It’s, it’s mentally & physically very difficult.

    I’m trying to build a new normal, to build a routine so my brain doesn’t have to think about the things I do, I hope they become like an automatic reaction. A different analogy for this is riding a bicycle. You learn how to do it, & once you’ve learnt, you don’t think about it.
