I may have already mentioned I’m doing a bit of a clear out, going through all my dried food which I will NEVER have the motivation to cook then eat. So in the process, I shall share with you some recipes (carbohydrate counted so suitable if you’re carb-counting)

I have an abundance of spaghetti in my cupboards, so have made bolognaise to make spaghetti bolognaise. For the spaghetti it’s 30g of spaghetti for 20g carbohydrates, & 40g spaghetti for 30g carbohydrates. The spaghetti is store bought, being Morrisons. Here’s the recipe you need for the bolognaise:

1 onion, diced

200g chestnut mushrooms, quartered

300g quorn mince

400g (container, tin) chopped tomatoes

Boil together for 30 minutes, adding some water so it simmers. All, mixed together, is 31g carbohydrates.

6g carbohydrate for 197g bolognaise (the above cooked ingredients)
