Alphonse Mucha was a Czech painter, strange because I didn’t think I would associate the Czech Republic with artistic greatness but I do like his art.
He also did illustrations & graphics as well as paintings, with some decorative additions so he really did take advantage of how commercial his art is.
What he is known best for is his stylised paintings, they are mixing art & advertising I guess
