Peppers

The green pepper is highly inferior.

I heard the green pepper ripens into a red or yellow if you leave them in sunlight, so you have half a bearable pepper.

You get a lot of packages of red, yellow & green peppers. No one likes the green ones though. I have never met someone who’s favourite colour of pepper is green. I say this because I made sushi & the only vegetable in my fridge was a green pepper. So I masked it tasted with fish, rice & noti.
